Died: 15 January 2019

Miles T LaFever, 72 years, of Butte des Morts, Wisconsin passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, 15 January 2019 at his residence.

Miles was a dedicated grandfather, father, Mason, proud business owner, and chef. He enjoyed his family, friends, and the “occasional” old-fashioned. Miles also enjoyed golfing, fishing, deer hunting, road trips, and serving his community.

Miles is survived by his fiancée, Diane DeGroff; sons, Tunis LaFever (Tracy Gilles), Chad LaFever (Amanda Fischer); grandson, Winston LaFever; and brother, Mark LaFever; 

Preceding Miles in death were his parents, Clarence and Helen LaFever; and three brothers, Jay, Neil, and Dennis LaFever.

A visitation for family and friends will be on Tuesday, 22 January 2019, from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Mueller Funeral Home 904 E. Main St. Winneconne. A Masonic service will be held on Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established. 

Miles’ family wishes to thank to the Winneconne-Poygan First Responders and the hospital staff at Mercy Medical Center. 

Miles is sixth generation descendant of Friedrich and Rosina Seidemann. His genealogy line is as follows: Friedrich, Christiana, Johann Karl, Lulu, Helen, and Miles. He is listed on page 160 of the Friedrich Seidemann Family Tree Book with his parents, siblings, and his children.
