Barbara “Bobbi” Crass, 62 years, a resident of Land O’ Lakes, passed away at her home on Thursday 14 February 2019 after a battle with cancer. She was born 27 August 1956 in Milwaukee, WI to her parents Roy and Beria Lewandowski.

Bobbi graduated from South Division High School in Milwaukee. She waitressed in Land O’ Lakes at the Redman, Gateway, Bear Trap and was also a Tailor. Bobbi enjoyed cross stitch, animals, spending time with grandkids and socializing with others.

Bobbi is survived by her husband of 25 years Dean Crass of Land O’ Lakes; children: David Nitka of Minocqua, WI, Jennifer Nitka, Mike Nitka of Minneapolis, MN, John Nitka of Land O’ Lakes, WI; brother Mike Lee of Milwaukee, WI; sister Debra (Matthew) Bowdin-Bakken of Ft Atkinson, WI and grandchildren: Sirron, Prudence, Conley, Emma, Connor. Bobbi was preceded in death by her parents and sister: Sharon Carlin.

A funeral service will be held at Ely Memorial Church in Land O’ Lakes on Wednesday, 20 February 2019 at 12 noon. A visitation will be held from 11:30-12noon at the church.

Memorials to the Vilas County Humane Society are appreciated by the family.

Bobbi is listed in the 4th edition of the Friedrich Seidemann Family Tree Book on page 301 with her husband Dean and her husbands’ siblings.
