Matthew was born on 8 March 8,1983, in Sheboygan to James and Linda (Miller) Neumann. He attended Random Lake High School. Matthew’s strong work ethic was evident in every project he undertook; he loved being a mason and all of the hard work it involved, and he had a deep camaraderie with his boss and co-workers. Matt was an avid sports fan who enjoyed watching his son’s high school football games and all the Marquette games. He also enjoyed taking trips to Las Vegas, and fishing on Lake Michigan with his brother Scott. Family was very important in Matt’s life.

Those left to cherish his memory include his son Dylan Neumann (special friend Natalie McDaniel) of Grafton, parents Jim and Linda Neumann, his brother Scott Neumann (special friend Sheri Wade) of Two Rivers, and sisters Melissa of Fond du Lac and Baszonia of Random Lake, his fiancée Angela White, and her daughter Penelope, both of Port Washington. He is further survived by his grandparents William & Marilyn Miller, and Donald Neumann, aunts & uncles: Rhonda (Jeff) Straumfjord, Jane (Jeff) Bichler, Bonnie (Dave) Horn, Russ (Rachel) Miller, Dennis Miller, Jennifer (Rich) Schwab, Doug (Mindy) Miller, Allen (Diane) Neumann, Donna (Keith) Cotter, JoAnn (Neil) Wagner, Betty (Jeff) Vreeke, Sue Hedding (Mike Francis), and Sarah (Roger) Sandell, along with niece Lillian, nephews Damian and Carson, special cousins, other family and many friends.

He is preceded in death by his grandmother Lois Neumann, uncles Jeff Hemschemeyer and Steven Miller, and his cousin Russell Miller, Jr.
