Marjorie Leone (Hamilton) Phipps, 77 years of Tuthill, South Dakota, died Tuesday, 15 February 2005, in Surprise, Ariz.
Survivors include three sisters, Betty Jean Hauck of Martin, South Dakota; Shirley O’Bryan Sagely, Minnesota; and Patty Rosane, Gordon, Nebraska.
Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday, 12 June at the old American Legion in Martin, South Dakota with the Rev. Anne Marshall officiating. Inurnment will be at Tuthill Cemetery. Bennett County Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
Marjorie is listed in the 4th edition of the Friedrich Seidemann Family Tree Book on page 353 with her husband John Dale Phipps and her siblings. She is a 5th generation descendant of Friedrich and Rosine Seidemann and her genealogy line is as follows: Friedrich, Paulina, Charles, Mabel, and Marjorie.
