Richard, Thomas W. died 17 February 2013 at the age of 45 years. Tom is survived by his wife Carrie, his children; Conner, Jake, Logan and Galina, his mother; Linda &William Heiser, his brothers; Michael Richard and Peter Richard, his Aunts Sharon (Ed Ten Napel) and Laurie Jacobs, many cousins, and numerous friends. He was loved by everyone. He had a very gentle, unselfish heart and would do anything for anyone. He is free now. 

Tom loved fishing, golf, the Broncos, dogs, Mexico, Skiing, and ATV riding. He was a police officer for the Westminster Police Department for 23 years, then received his PhD, and was counseling police officers for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, which he had for 24 years due to a horrible car accident. Tom affected so many people so positively. He was in Vice, SWAT, and Special Forces all over California in the police department.

Tom was a sixth generation descendant of Friedrich and Rosine Seidemann and is listed on page 422 in the fourth edition of the Seidemann Family Tree book. His genealogy line is as follows: Friedrich, Carl, Otilla, Ruth, Linda, and Thomas. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
