Victoria Julie (Marzac) Seidemann was born on 9 April 1923 in Green Bay, Wisconsin to Joseph J and Frances (Garstecki) Marzac. The family later moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Victoria is a sister-in-law to Ruby (Waldemar) Pohland, and Arno (Florence) Seidemann.
Victoria is pictured in the 4th edition of the Friedrich Seidemann Family Tree Book on page 58 with her husband Lloyd on their wedding day and is listed on page 115 with her husband.
