Died: 16 December 2009

Trepte, Ralph Age 85 years, of Oconomowoc, passed away Wednesday 16 December 2009. Ralph gave countless hours in service to his community through leadership on boards of organizations such as the YMCA, local charities, church, and financial institutions. He was a loving, honest, patriarch of his family who will be remembered as a true gentleman and loyal friend. He was also a veteran of the U.S. Air Force in WWII.

Ralph is survived by children Barbara (Lee) Lurvey, John Fredrick (Sue) Trepte and Patricia A. (Steve) Simmons, sister Lois Phillips, grandchildren Wendy Shinn, Katie (Chris) Kuchler, Stephanie (Sam) Scheiber, Philip Trepte, Julia Trepte, Andrew Simmons, Allison Simmons, great grandchildren Owen and William Kuchler, along with many other relatives and friends. 

Ralph was preceded in death by wife Elizabeth Trepte and a brother Donald Trepte. A memorial service for good friends and family will be held on Monday 21 December 2009 at 1:00 PM, at Good Shepherd United Methodist Church in Oconomowoc, WI. Ralph is pictured in the fourth edition of the Friedrich Seidemann Family Tree Book on page 189 with his parents Gustav and Florence Trepte, his wife Elizabeth, their children, his brother Donald, his wife Dottie and their children.  He is also listed with his wife on page x as patrons of the Seidemann Family Tree Book and on page 209 and 210 with his parents, his wife, their children, and their grandchildren. Ralph is a fifth generation descendant of Friedrich and Rosine Seidemann and his genealogy line is as follows: Friedrich, Friedericka, Elizabeth, Gustav, and Ralph.
