Rosalie G. Westphal, formerly Beimborn (nee Esselman), 92 years, passed away on 18 December 2013. She was born on 21 February 1921 in the Town of Trenton to the late Frank and Mary (nee Laufer) Esselman. She married Waldemar Beimborn in August 1944 and her second husband, Alvin Westphal, in 1984. She was a very active bowler, loved to play cards, and go fishing. She also enjoyed going to the casinos and the Fireside Theater. Rosalie was a big fan of the Milwaukee Brewers and a member of Young at Heart. Above all, she loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her children, Joanne Oneska, Joyce (Jim) Warnkey, Douglas Beimborn; daughter-in-law, Kathy Beimborn; step-daughters, Bonnie (Donald) Becker and Sandra Schroeder; grandchildren, Jimmer (Sue) Warnkey, Troy Warnkey, Jenny (Braedy) Helmbrecht, Aaron, Brianna, and Zach Beimborn; great-grandchildren, Nathan Warnkey, Rayden, Hannah, and Joseph Helmbrecht; sister, Ceil Menzel, sisters-in-law, Charlotte Esselman and Elsa Egerer. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her first and second husbands; sons, Barry and Danny; son-in-law, Wayne Oneska; grandson, Jeff Oneska; siblings, Laura, Hildegarde, Marcella, Thecla, Marian, Gregor, Norman, and Donald.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, 23 December 2013 at 12:00 PM at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church (1025 S 7th Ave, West Bend, WI 53095) with Fr. Enrique Hernandez presiding. The visitation will be at the church on Monday, 23 December from 11:00 AM until 11:45 AM. Interment will take place at Holy Trinity Cemetery in Newburg.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of the 1st and 4th floors at Samaritan Health Care Center, The Fields, and Season’s Hospice for their loving care.

Rosalie is pictured in the 4th edition of the Friedrich Seidemann Family Tree Book on page 43 in a 4th generation picture with her daughter, granddaughter, and grandson. She is listed on page 98 and 99 with her husband Waldemar, their children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
