Wolfram, Carol Jean 68 years, passed away Friday 6 November 2015. She was born 28 May 1947 to Harry and Dorothy (Crawford) Wolfram. Carol graduated from Portage High School in 1968.

She is survived by her brother, Clifford (Elizabeth) Wolfram of Wisconsin Dells; niece, Brenda (Michael) Myers of Texas; nephew, Christopher (Lynn) Wolfram of DePere; loving friend of 42 years, Don Selden of Madison; and great-nieces, Alexis and Madelyn; and great-nephews, Andrew, Aiden and Jacob. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry Wolfram in 2005 and Dorothy in 2004; and many beloved aunts and uncles.

Carol always looked forward to going to her job at UW Health Systems with the support of Goodwill Industries. She received an achievement award this past summer for her 15 years of dedicated service. As her family and dear friends know, Carol rarely missed the opportunity to send a greeting card for special occasions. It was a hobby she so enjoyed.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to Dr. Cho, Agrace Hospice Care, Inc., UW Hospital and all of the people from Options and Goodwill that saw to Carol’s needs for the past 40 plus years. Memorials would be appreciated to St. Paul Lutheran Church, Options in Community Living and Goodwill Industries.

A funeral service was held at noon Sunday at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 2126 N. Sherman Ave., Madison, with the Rev. Gerry Kuhnke presiding. Burial followed at Oak Grove Cemetery, Portage. Visitation was held from 11 A.M. until the time of service Sunday at the church.

Carol is listed on page 204 of the 4th edition to the Seidemann Family Tree Book. She is a 6th generation descendant of Friedrich and Rosina Seidemann and her genealogy line is as follows; Friedrich, Fredericka, Hugo, Ella, Harry, and Carol Jean. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
